SPX - CROSS-LINKED CLOSED CELL EXPANDED POLYETHYLENE

SPX is suitable for a wide range of applications such as expansion jointing, seals and gaskets, packaging and insulation of hot/cold water piping, to name a few.

SPVA - CROSS-LINKED CLOSED CELL BLEND

Sondor Cross-linked, closed cell, expanded Polyethylene and EVA foam blend Resistant to dilute alkalis & acids, some oils and weathering Non-toxic and has good shock absorption characteristics.

SVA - CROSS-LINKED CLOSED CELL EXPANDED ETHYLENE VINYL ACETATE

Used extensively in the footwear industry, for seals and gaskets applications and for fruit padding in the farming industry, to name a few.

AEROTHENE - NON CROSS-LINKED CLOSED CELL POLYETHYLENE

Sondor expanded non cross-linked closed cell foam, manufactured from low-density Polyethylene (LDPE). It is chemically unreactive and non-irritant, and is regarded as biologically inert and fully recyclable. It also has excellent shock absorption characteristics.

EPDM - Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber is a type of synthetic rubber. It is exceptionally durable and flexible and therefore has a broad range of applications, including in vehicles (window, door seals and cooling system hoses), cold-rooms, non-slip floor coatings amongst others.

RG GRADE - CROSS-LINKED CLOSED CELL BLEND

Sondor Cross-linked, closed cell, expanded EVA foam. Resistant to dilute alkalis & acids, and some oils. Suitable for use in the footwear industry and for seals & gasketing applications

FILTREN - OPEN CELL POLYESTER FILTER FOAM

Open cell Filter foam (Polyether). Good air & dust filter and reusable. Most suitable for wet and dry applications e.g.: fish tanks, water filtration.

FILTREX - OPEN CELL POLYESTER FILTER FOAM

Sondor Open cell Filter foam (Polyester). Good air and dust filter. Washable and re-usable. Typical applications include vacuum bag filters, air-conditioning filters, respirator filters and wet & dry filtration.

FIREX - OPEN CELL POLYURETHANE FOAM

Open-cell Polyurethane foam (Polyester). Flame retardant. Recommended for automotive, electronics and acoustic insulation

FOAM PLASTIC - OPEN CELL FOAMED POLYESTER AND POLYETHER FOAMS

Open-cell, foamed Ester and Ether-based Polyurethane. Good sound-proofing and draught sealing properties. Suitable for draught & dust sealing and low-end packaging

PV SEAL - SEMI-CLOSED CELL MEDIUM DENSITY POLYVINYL CHLORIDE

Sondor Semi-closed cell, medium density PVC foam. Good resilience. Self-extinguishing. Used as dust seals for windows and seals for indoor office partitioning.

NEO 25 - NEOPRENE FOAM RUBBER

Sondor Neoprene is a flexible and durable foam rubber that provides good thermal & moisture insulation and is form-fitting. It is soft, durable, flexible, and highly resistant to a variety of hazards, including ozone.

Ortho-Lite

Ortho-Lite is primarily used in the Prosthetics and Healthcare industry with Inner linings for various prostheses (limbs, arms, etc). It is sufficiently conformable to be used in prostheses for simple and complex amputations.
